The evening was a celebration of inviting textures, warm familial vibes, and a venue adorned with neutral olive green tones, leather and linen accents, and an intricate mix of patterns. This unique setting, embellished with gorgeous flowers, greenery, and candlelight, offered a charming and understated atmosphere reminiscent of a Tuscan countryside farmers market.

The terrace at the Four Seasons Hotel provided the ideal setting for a stunning summer evening in the mountains. With its outdoor ambiance and earthy tones, the event featured personalized leather items and exquisite florals, including olive branches and still-life arrangements by expert florist Sarah Winward. The layout and design showcased a skillful curation of table sizes, layered textures, and a blend of high and low tables, creating an elevated and intimate atmosphere that left a lasting impression.

Culinary Affair and Unique Experiences

Guests enjoyed an authentic culinary affair with food stations styled with fresh seasonal ingredients and bundles of herbs. The tables were adorned with a mixture of layers, textures, and candlelight to enhance and encourage a sense of togetherness and communal dining reminiscent of a family dinner in Italy. Italian cocktails and inclusive zero-proof beverage options added to the celebratory spirit, complemented by the tunes of Prophets and Outlaws.

One of the evening’s highlights was the quintessential Vail experience of a personalized hat bar by One Experience, where attendees could customize hats, leather goods, and luggage tags. These thoughtful gifts provided guests with a lovely memento and perfectly captured the essence of ‘From Vail with Love.’

Among the gorgeous tablescapes, guests at the head table were impressed by the intricate European hand-embroidered linens by Sarah Espuetes on the head table. This work of art was crafted as a gift for the bride and groom to add to their collection and use when entertaining as a married couple.

The meticulous attention to detail was evident in the thoughtful transformation of the venue, including custom fabrication to enhance the space by Eclectic Hive. Imagining the potential of a space can be difficult. But our team pulled out all the stops in this space, clearing out the existing furniture in the room and creating a custom bar that melded with the Italian countryside. The artful blend of moody wallpaper, bespoke furnishings, and personalized touches paid homage to the groom’s Italian heritage while infusing a touch of Vail and Texas charm.
