Is your team able to work with internal event team members to create and execute the event?
Absolutely, we are experienced in coordinating with on-staff internal event team members and are happy to collaborate. Our founder spent 10 years working in house for celebrated luxury brands and understands the unique needs of our corporate partners.
When would you recommend we start planning our event?
Every event is different and so are the timelines. We are happy to discuss your needs and help guide you on developing a realistic planning timeline for your event. When in doubt, the sooner the better, as our resources and elite event vendors book up far in advance.
Do your services include event rentals?
We do not offer our own event rentals. However, we have established relationships with some of the best providers and an in-depth knowledge of available inventory to help select the best pieces for your event. As part of the planning journey, sourcing and procuring event rentals from outside vendors is included in our event services.
Will your team oversee all vendor contracts and communication?
Yes, we handle coordination with every single vendor who will be involved in your event, which includes proposals, contract negotiations, logistics, and invoicing schedules.
What does "full-service" event planning mean?
"Full-service" means we truly handle everything. This includes event strategy, choosing venues, sourcing and organizing vendors, load-in and strike, gifting, and every other aspect that will go into your event. While you'll certainly be involved in the planning process, our goal is to ensure your workload is minimal—all you'll need to do is enjoy your party!
Do you offer day of or week of coordination services?
Due to the highly detailed nature of our work, we typically extend full-service design and planning support to our projects. While we occasionally may be able to accommodate a request, we are not often available for day- or week-of coordination-only services.
Do you assist with location scouting and venue research?
Absolutely! Choosing a venue is an essential step in the wedding planning process: our team has relationships with an extensive network of exclusive and rare locations that are available to our clients. We'll help you find the perfect location that sets the scene for your ideal celebration.
Will your team be onsite to coordinate the event?
Our team has a "first in, last out" mentality and will coordinate your entire event from start to finish.

We have a thoughtfully vetted collection of luxury event vendors that we will recommend for a project once we have the opportunity to learn more about your style and vision. Our goal is to match you with the right vendor that is tailored to your event, to ensure a successful collaboration.
