The event marked the start of the festive season with the unveiling of their new brand, a tribute to their dedicated employees, and a heartfelt acknowledgment of their industry partners.

When the guests arrived at the iconic ACL Live venue in Austin they were greeted by a custom branded staircase that set the theme for a monumental evening. The event welcomed over 1,000 guests, bringing together a dynamic mix of employees, VIP clients, community partners, and industry leaders. The elegant seated dinner, catered by W Austin, featured a sophisticated silver and white palette. Stunning orb installations inspired by the company’s new brand identity and emblem set the tone for the evening, perfectly reflecting the innovative spirit and values of the company.

Employee and Partner Recognition 

This Fortune 500 company believes in the power of transformation and is dedicated to ongoing innovation as not just a promise but a way of life. Ali Kahn, host on the Food Network, emceed as custom awards were presented to employees in each department who exemplified the company’s values. The program was a meaningful opportunity to recognize their accomplishments and celebrate their successes. The overarching gratitude theme continued as corporate partners were also honored for their role in the company’s evolution and impact. 

Immersive Experiences 

A major highlight of the night was the announcement of Ouro’s partnership with Real Madrid, the world-renowned professional soccer team. The club’s leadership were in attendance to commemorate the new collaboration. Guests were also treated to two unforgettable musical performances. Magic City set the stage and was followed by an intimate performance by Teddy Swims, a Billboard Top 20 artist. An up-close and intimate set with the rising star made for a truly memorable moment. VIP guests were also given an exclusive private meet and greet with Teddy Swims backstage in the green rooms of ACL Live, where many famous iconic musicians have prepared for their performances. 

After Party

When the musical performances ended the ultimate dance party kicked off as DJ Cassandra, an Austin native, took over the turntables. The dance floor turned into an immersive entertainment experience that featured LED robot and disco ball dancers by Artisans Oddities, plus a laser light show that added to the after party energy as guests continued to party into the wee hours of the morning.

Brand awareness was a central aspect and included a custom balloon drop featuring their new logo as a nod to the company’s journey and bright future ahead. What made this company party truly special was the thought that went into creating an epic celebration experience for a diverse group of guests while fostering a sense of inclusion.
