This experience changed everything… A love lett This experience changed everything… A love letter to the founders, creators, and industry’s best who I just spent time with @engagesummits 💌 My hope for you is that you have your full circle moment, where you are able to reflect, pause and realize how significant this moment in time is for you. How your every day moments are most people’s once-in-a-lifetime, how you’ve achieved the thing you once dreamed of, how something destined for you is guiding you intentionally. That you’re present enough to recognize these gestures. Know that as much as we like to control every perfect detail, sometimes the best outcomes (that often come with a detour 🚧) are greater than the ones we could have ever imagined. That purpose will find us- it can come in many forms or even a collection of bread crumbs; these signals are a way of saying you’re headed in the right direction, keep going, you belong here. When it all aligns, relish it that flow. When it all conflicts (or has friction), let it go and move forward. You will know when it’s right. You will know when it’s wrong. It’s as simple as that. It won’t happen overnight and it won’t be without effort but it WILL be the most rewarding and worthwhile. As Ina says, “Be ready when the magic happens.” You can say I’ve been ready in the 7 years since I started my business, the 20 years that I’ve been planning events, or the 39 years since I was born with a heart for hosting- for me, it all came full circle in this collection of memories, a shared experience with the best of the best that I’ll forever be grateful for. It’s one of the highest honors to be asked to be an ambassador to represent our community and be in the room with each of you. We will continue to join you in a shared passion for going above and beyond, obsessively taking experiences to the next level, and delivering the most important moments that turn into lifelong memories.
