Come BTS with us on our visit, and then head to the link in our bio to learn more about our journey on Substack. 🥂 Here we go! 🚂 During our site visit, we stayed at @orientexpresslaminerva in Rome, where all of the voyages begin. It’s spectacular! 🇮🇹 We toured the property, including the beautiful meeting rooms where our team would end up prepping gifts and last minute guest needs the day before departure. ✨ One of our favorite touches to see in advance: each guest would receive their own ticket before boarding- the perfect keepsake 🎟️ We ventured through the hospitality suite, which would be privatized for our group for welcome drinks and canapés before moving to the train 🎺 We had the warmest welcome by the incredible crew who would be joining us for our journey 🎶 Michelin level dining is one of the many perks on board the train, so we took a sneak peek at the menus our guests would later enjoy 🥃 The team gave us a full tour of the train, so we’d be able to confidently lead our guests and plan experiences when it came time for our event 🚂 After an exciting day, we capped off the night back at the hotel with a drink at Gigi’s rooftop bar 🍸 Months later, this train would be the venue for one of our favorite events to date.
